Dr. Jack Wheeler Regarding Obama

I thought this was interesting. I've never been more excited for an election. I am so excited this year! Either way you vote it will be history making. I think most of you know which way I'm going. If not you've not been to my myspace page recently. I think John McCain and Sarah Palin are going to be great running mates and am going to cast my vote. I just need to order my yard sign and bumper sticker.....
Jack Wheeler is a brilliant man who was the author of Regan's strategy to break the back of the Soviet Union with the star wars race and exposetheir inner weakness. For years he wrote a weekly intelligence updatethat was extremely interesting and well structured and informed. Heconsults(ed) with several mega corporations on global trends and thefuture, etc. I think he is in semi-retirement now. He is a truepatriot with a no-nonsense approach to everything. He is also asomewhat well known mountain climber and adventurer.
Written by Dr. Jack Wheeler
The O-man, Barack Hussein Obama, is an eloquently tailored empty suit.No resume, no accomplishments, no experience, no original ideas, nounderstanding of how the economy works, no understanding of how theworld works, no balls, nothing but abstract empty rhetoric devoid ofreal substance. He has no real identity. He is half-white, which he rejects. The rest ofhim is mostly Arab, which he hides but is disclosed by his non-AfricanArabic surname and his Arabic first and middle names as a way to triplyproclaim his Arabic parentage to people in Kenya . Only a small part ofhim is African Black from his Luo grandmother, which he pretends he isexclusively.
What he isn't, not a genetic drop of, is 'African-American,' the descendant of enslaved Africans brought to America chained in slaveships. He hasn't a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arabancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business inEast Africa for centuries until the British ended it.
Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners. Thus he makes the perfect Liberal Messiah. It's something Hillary doesn't understand - how some complete neophytecame out of the blue and stole the Dem nomination from her. Obamamaniais beyond politics and reason. It is a true religious cult, whoseadherents reject Christianity yet still believe in Original Sin,transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white. Thus Obama has become the white liberals' Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logicbehind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments Hillary could make of any kind can be effective against it.The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed In Human Flesh being their Savior isall the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum, Ibelieve it because it is absurd.
Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior. His candidacy is ridiculous and should not be taken seriously by anythinking American. Pass this on to every thinking American you know!

First week of School

Our family

My boys Steven 7, and Nathan 5

The first day of school went off without a hitch. Nathan actually started yesterday. I got home from work and then took them to the free breakfast at the school and walked Nathan to his classroom. He did a lot better than I thought he would. I'm so proud of both my boys for having such a great first week of school. I didn't even shed a tear. That either makes me a horrible mother or a mother that was simply to tired to cry.

School!

So school starts tomorrow. Yep I'm very excited because Steven is going into the 2nd grade and he's got an awesome teacher. He's such a smart little boy and medicated to top it off. What a life for him. We had a long discussion at dinner last night about what he wants to be when he grows up. He wants to go into the Air Force like his daddy did. We explained that the only way he could do that was if he goes to college first because then he can start out as an officer. He also want to be a fighter pilot. And then move on to Astronaut. Such big goals. I am so proud of him.

Then there's Nathan....What to say about my little toe-head. He's got the best attitude all the time. All he wants to do is play. 24/7. He's so full of life and love. He make me so happy(Steven too). But he starts kindergarten tomorrow. My baby is going to all day/5 days a week kindergarten. AHHHH!!!!! I'm sure he's ready I'm just not 100% sure. He'll do fine. I'm not really sure what he wants to be when he grows up. I know what he needs to be and that is a running back for the Chicago Bears. He just ducks and runs. He doesn't care what he hits as long as he hits it. God love that kid.

It's official I'm old. No more babies for us. Some days it kills me but then some days I remember in 13 years we will have 2 legal adults on our hands Thank you God!!

Work life

Well as much as I love working(ha) I hate paying for daycare. I wish there was an alternative. $800 a month is what we pay in the summer! It really sucks. I am only bringing home, after daycare and gas for the 30 mile (round trip drive) about $400. I asked yesterday if I could return to a detail that I took last year. It's only for 59 days but it will get us through the summer without having to pay for care for the boys. I'm going to be working the graveyard shift again. Tue-Sat 11pm-7am. Not thrilled about it but it needs to be done. I just wish there was someone in our neighborhood that could watch the boys so I didn't have to do this. But no such luck. Ed is not happy about the situation but there is not much I can do. I know it will put a strain on our relationship but we did it once we can do it again. I know how strong we are. Now I just pray the boys will let me get some sleep.....

RIP Grandpa

Ed's grandfather passed away this morning. We are all saddened and relieved at the same time. He was a strong man, devoted to his family. Always took the time to shake someone's hand and welcomed me into the family with open arms. He was a giant teddy bear the boys loved. He will be missed greatly. And loved for eternity.

I need to figure this thing out...

This is more confusing than anything I've done online. Even taxes. How do I add people as friends? How do I invite more to come along and join me in the blogging world? These are just a few of my questions. And to top it all off I'm trying to do it all while being totally exhausted. Ed doesn't come home for another week and 3 days. I can't wait. The boys can't wait.

The boys and I went to see The Spiderwick Chronicles yesterday. It is a choice the boys made not me. And then about 30 minutes into it Nathan started freaking out. He wanted to go home because he missed his toys. In reality he was most likely scared outta his mind. It was kinda scary. I enjoyed it and so did Steven. Then we went to Bukoos. I love that store it is the funnest store I've ever been to. They had a few things that my mother-in-law wanted and my sis-in-law would have liked so I gave them a call and they came down and spent more money than me. Ha! Well life without Ed does suck but we manage. Miss you honey!

Welcome to our blog

Hello, friends and family, I thought I would start our own little blog. As if my myspace wasn't enough of an addiction. I was inspired by my very good friend Kara. She has the cutest blog and new little guy. So welcome to our blog we'll see how I do.

Steven plays for my favorite team the Cubbies!

Nathan plays for the Pirates. That's okay we won't hold it against him.

About Us

I think we are very boring people. We enjoy lounging around the house watching movies. Our summers are a little more exciting than our winters however...we own a boat so that helps.
